Need an engineer’s eyes on it?
Some parts of a project, such as foundations, spans and unusual loads, need a qualified engineer. Casavane flags them in your checks.
You can add an independent engineer review to any project. It’s quoted individually, and the engineer is responsible for their own advice. Availability depends on where you’re building, so tell us your location when you join the waitlist.
Questions about pricing
What counts as a project?
One building project at one address, such as a backyard studio or a home addition. Design changes during your 90 days are included.
What happens after the 90 days?
You keep everything you’ve exported, including your drawings and materials list. Pricing for further changes after 90 days will be confirmed before launch.
What if my project turns out bigger than I expected?
Your tier is based on the size and complexity of the project. If it grows into a bigger tier, you pay the difference to move up.
Are the drawings stamped or approved?
No. Casavane isn’t a licensed professional, and it doesn’t issue certified drawings. Structural design and permit applications need a qualified professional’s sign-off, and our checks and optional engineer review help you get there prepared.
Is there a free trial?
Explore is free and has no time limit. You can try ideas, layouts and 3D walkthroughs before paying anything.
What about refunds?
Our refund policy will be published before launch.
